A Party To Remember

The Company of Professionals

An Educated Shopper Makes A Great Client

We would like to start off by thanking you for visiting our website and considering us to help make your day a special one.

All of our DJ Entertainers are professional Emcees, and Master of Ceremonies. We have searched for individuals with a great personality, extensive music knowledge, motivational skills, public speaking abilities, as well as “a passion for entertaining”. Let’s face it, if your DJ doesn't want to be there, why would anyone else? A Professional DJ Entertainer is more than just a person with a stereo and some cd’s.

No matter what the size of your crowd or venue, we will send a state of the art sound system to accommodate. Your Entertainer will have a large selection of music from all genera's and will be dressed appropriately for your event.

As we help you plan your party we make sure to ask you a lot of questions or even provide you with a worksheet planner so we understand exactly what YOU are expecting and looking for. Having an extensive knowledge of how to run a successful event we will help you make choices by offering suggestion or giving our opinion, but will ultimately run the party to YOUR expectations. YOU ARE THE BOSS.

Well we could go on and on about how great we are and why you should choose us, but the main goal here is to help you figure out HOW to pick an Entertainer that will fit your needs, whether you choose us or someone else our concern is you are satisfied with your choice. We of course hope that you will call and give us the opportunity to prove we are the best at what we do. Good luck in your search.

You know your supposed to “shop” for a DJ but have no idea what to ask them. Does a higher price mean a better DJ? Will the DJ help coordinate the event or just stand there and play music? If you have questions like these don’t worry your not alone, the list below has been put together just for YOU!

Let’s start off with some information you should consider while

shopping for a DJ, and answer some questions you may not have thought about.

· Date Availability -  Are they available for your selected date and time?

· Experience - How long have they been in business and are they willing to provide you with RECENT references? If you are hiring for a wedding reception you might want to ask how much of their business is wedding related and are they knowledgeable about wedding etiquette. Are they flexible enough to accommodate your special requests?

· If your planning a wedding are you doing the Ceremony and Reception at the same location - Has the DJ ever had to performed at a ceremony / will his equipment support wireless lapel microphones for the minister?

· Face to Face Meeting - Are they willing to meet with you and discuss your likes and dislikes, both musically and otherwise? Can they be easily reached for last minute additions, changes and suggestions?

· Legal Business with Proper Insurance Protection - Are they legally registered or incorporated as a business? Are they covered by insurance in the event of an accident?

· Contract - Will they provide you with a written contract that spells out the details of your agreement?

· Proper Dress - Will they arrive in appropriate apparel, especially if your event requires formal attire? There should be no additional charge for this.

· Equipment & Music Library - Is their equipment of PROFESSIONAL quality (home stereo equipment is not suitable). Is there back up equipment in the case of an emergency? Do they have a wide range of music to cover all your requests and those of your guests?

You will note that PRICE is not at the top of the list. Please keep in mind that the highest or lowest price does not always guarantee quality.

These and many other questions need to be answered so both you and the DJ can plan for your event to be a SUCCESS. Remember that your Entertainer carries a LOT of the burden whether this is a great time or not. As you shop around LISTEN to the response you get from each, then ask yourself; did they speak clearly, ask questions, offer suggestions, or even sound like they knew what they are doing? Or did they just blurt out a price to you and hang up?

BOTTOM LINE: Trust YOUR instincts, you will find someone that clicks with you!
